The Center on Rural Innovation is launching a “Enhancing Rural Workforce Capacity Through Tech-Driven Development” initiative - a 9-month PAID tech training program designed to address technology gaps in rural communities. In our region, the effort is seeking to bridge the gap in and around Portsmouth.
