COAD 4 Kids at Workforce Hub

COAD 4 Kids will be at the Workforce Hub from 10 a.m. to noon on Monday, Sept. 15 to discuss ways to become an in-home child care provider. COAD4kids is part of a statewide network of child care resource and referral agencies that has been serving as the Appalachian region’s information hub for child care and education services since 1993.

Ohio's childcare gap is a major crisis, leaving nearly two in five residents in childcare deserts and costing the state $5.48 billion annually in lost economic activity, according to a February 2025 report by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
